Manette Bed Customer Review
Soho Home sells around 15 beds, however it’s not possible to see how customers rate their products, since you can’t leave a review on their website. However, there are dozens of reviews from customers on TrustPilot.
Overall, the wide majority are happy with the design and quality of the beds. However, some customers experienced issues with delayed deliveries and lack of customer support after an order has been placed. Below is a review by a customer who bought a bed from Soho Home in September 2022.
The client had to wait for weeks in order to receive a bed that was shown to be in-stock at on the Soho Home website. And to top it all, it was the customer who had to follow up with the order; No one from the Soho Team made any effort to contact the client and apologize for the delay.
The client was given 20% off for the inconvenience but as the client’s review says, they had to sleep on the floor for the time, they did not receive their bed and sometimes no discount can top the inconvenience that the person had to endure.
So when you are ordering from Soho Home make sure to contact them and ask them for the availability of their products as the availability information on their website may not be correct.
