The Hypnos Luxurious Earth 1 Mattress is 28cm deep and is available in “firm” and “extra firm”. It offers the firmest support in the collection.

How to Choose a Hypnos Luxurious Earth Mattress?
There are a total of five Hypnos Luxurious Earth Mattresses – the main difference between the models is the materials used inside.
- All have a layer of organic British wool (1.5 fleece or 3 fleece in thickness). Others will have natural latex, organic lambswool, silk, and/or natural Allo fibres (sourced from Himalayas). The Hypnos Luxurious Earth 1 and 3 models are the only once that have a layer of eOlus™ material, which is breathable and doesn’t retain heat. It’s made of recycled bottles, which makes it a sustainable choice.
- The ReActivePro™ pocket springs will differ slightly and will range between 6-10 turn, the latter offering higher performance.
- Next you should check the comfort rating, it can be: “medium”, “firm” or “extra firm”.
- Lastly, check the depth of the mattress either 28cm or 32cm.

If you have a lower budget, you can also check out the Slumberland Natural Solutions Mattress collection, also sold by Bensons for Beds. It also uses natural materials, such as: organic cotton, flax and bamboo (however there is no wool). For those who prefer sleeping on a wool mattress, the Flaxby mattress collection from Dreams has very similar features. Many agree that it is very comfortable and they have been able to get a better night sleep as a result.
