Pros

Many customers have stated that this is a firm mattress and it has helped to reduce their aches and pains after sleeping on it.
Overall many like the firmness level, saying that it provides the right level of support. Although for some it took some time to get used to.
Several people have mentioned that they are not getting hot during the night, and that it regulates body temperature well.

Cons

There are two customers who gave the mattress 1 star. One has said that they have back pain after sleeping on it for 3 weeks. The second person was not happy with the service they received from Bensons for Beds, but has not provided much detail about what is the issue.
